Whom we are looking for
Use your talent and shape the bank of tomorrow with us
BNP Paribas is the bank for a changing world. We are looking for employees who want to play an active part in shaping this change, with excellent skills and ideas in their profession, but who are also dedicated to our society and sustainability. Besides that: Simply be who you are. Because you are very welcome here just that way!
You are unique. Just like our offer to you!
We offer people opportunities that perfectly match your personal background. Find out what this means for you in concrete terms.
Success is not a one-way street
We believe in giving back to society. This is the common ground to which we are committed at BNP Paribas. Donations, sponsorships or gifts are only one component of this. Even more important is the commitment of our employees, which we promote in a targeted way. Have we convinced you of our way? Welcome to BNP Paribas!
Working for the general public. During working hours.
The initiative 1MillionHours2Help inspires employees of BNP Paribas worldwide. The idea is to be socially active during working hours, for example, through collaboration with associations that promote social inclusion or environmental protection. The goal is a total of one million working hours for social projects.
Projects in Germany are amongst others:
- Social days at virtually all German branches
- Nationwide read-aloud day with more than 200 readers
- Financial education workshops for disadvantaged young people
- Mentoring and coaching young people dealing with obstacles on their way into work life through the ‘Netzwerk Chancen‘
“BNP Paribas is one of the first companies in Germany that really takes social diversity seriously. There are many who write this on their banners … but it is actions, not words, that count!”

FOUNDER OF ‘NETZWERK CHANCEN‘
